Reforma integral de vivienda de 136m2 en el centro de Logroño (La Rioja) .

Este es uno de esos casos en los que por necesidad hay que atravesar toda la casa para llegar al salón luminoso, ya que la entrada a la vivienda se encuentra en el lado opuesto al sol y las vistas bonitas. En esta casa las habitaciones se sitúan en la zona de entrada, que da paso a un largo pasillo (inevitable por la existencia de un patio en el edificio) para por fín acceder a un salón-cocina-comedor de grandes dimensiones muy luminoso con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad que sirve como el centro de todas las actividades de los propietarios.

This is one of these occasions in which by necessity you have to go through the whole house to get to the luminous living room, because the entrance of the property is located in the opposite side to the sun and the good views. In this house, the bedrooms are situated in the entrance hall, which leads you to a long hall (unavoidable because of the existence of a building communal patio) to finally get to a big living-dining room-kitchen space with lots of natural light and spectacular city views which has become the center of all propietors activities.
